Our previous playdate fundraiser in September was a wonderful success so we’ve decided to do it again – this time in Buderim! Join us for a fun morning of music, movement and craft and help us raise money to support the Sunshine Coast Basket Brigade. Perfect for families with children aged 0-5 years.

9.30am – 10.30am
The Goodlife Community Centre, Buderim

Cost: $20 per child (or $30 for families with 2-3 children attending)
Fee includes 45 minutes of music & movement fun, a beach-themed craft activity, a Kindermusik Beach Ball and CD of beach-themed music to take home.

Music2Grow is donating the take home packs and The Goodlife Centre have generously donated use of the room so all proceeds will go to the Sunshine Coast Basket Brigade.

How to Register for a Playdate Class:
1) Complete the Playdate Registration Form
2) Use the comments section to advise the total number of adults and children attending (if more than one adult-child pair will be joining).
3) You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
4) Complete payment via EFT/Direct Debit

Grab your beach ball, we’re going to the beach! Crabs are scuttling, toes are wiggling, the surf is up and the sun is shining. We’ll do an Octopus Hula’, jump on a ‘Banana Boat’, build sandcastles, relax to the gentle beach sounds and experience the simple joy of making music together. Dress up in your beach wear and bring your beach towel for some pretend-play ‘fun in the sun’. Open to all families with children aged 0-5 years.

Who can attend a Playdate? Music2Grow playdates are about bringing families together in a joyful, inclusive, music-making session. Classes are open to all families with children aged 0-5 years.

Do I need to register? Yes, class sizes are limited so registering in advance is essential. All bookings can be made via the online enrolment form. Pre-payment is required by EFT/direct deposit.

How many children can I bring along by myself? Enrolled children may attend together with one carer for up to 3 children. Extra adults are always welcome. Please let us know the total number of children and adults attending at time of registration (use the comments field).

Do I get to join in the fun? Yes! All classes are designed for children and parents to play and interact together. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to participate!

How big will my class be? We keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of 12 children and their adults.

I came to the September playdate. Will this one be the same? Our November playdate class has the same beach-theme but with a slightly different line-up of activities to enjoy. Your take home pack will also be different (a new CD and Kindermusik beach ball).

Can I come with a group? Yes the Music2Grow playdate is a great activity for playgroups or mums groups to enjoy together. Please contact me to arrange a date to suit your group. Look forward to singing, dancing and learning with you soon!
