I am very proud to announce that Music2Grow has once again been awarded Top Program Status, the highest recognition awarded by Kindermusik International. This award for excellence places our program in the top 5% of Kindermusik programs worldwide and in the top 10 for Australia and recognises Music2Grow for exceptional service to our local community.

Thank you to all the wonderful families who have been part of our Music2Grow community over the years – you are the heart and soul of our Kindermusik program. And especially now, during these challenging times, I am so thankful for the families who have been able to join our virtual classes and to those who have offered words of love, support and encouragement.

It is my life’s passion and my great privilege to be able to share the joy of music and learning with young families on the Sunshine Coast each week – to witness musical skills blossom, learning skills develop and life-long friendships form. I love the warmth and community of our small-group classes and the way the Kindermusik curriculum supports parents as their child’s first and most important teacher.

There is nothing more satisfying for me than seeing babies dancing in their mother’s arms or bouncing and clapping to the beat; hearing a toddler sing in class for the first time or watching a preschooler play their first notes on the glockenspiel. I am so thankful we have been able to continue to sing, dance, play and connect online through our virtual classes while we are staying home and practising physical distancing and am looking forward to returning to in-person classes soon.
