Music2Grow is adding a new class to its Kindermusik schedule for 2011!

Family Time is a wonderful opportunity for families with children aged newborn – 7 years to attend a Kindermusik class together.  This is a class where each child is welcomed and valued and family “together time” is celebrated and cherished.  Activities are conducted in an open-ended, playful atmosphere designed to maintain each child’s interest and offer a variety of ways to explore each week’s theme with babies, toddlers and preschoolers.  Family Time classes create a foundation for musical growth and development as well as an opportunity for family growth and learning.

Join us for our first term of Family Time commencing 11th February 2011!  All new enrolments received by 17th January will go into the draw to win back the cost of  a term of Kindermusik at Music2Grow.

“Zoo Train” :  Jump aboard the Zoo Train; bring your own stuffed animal for the petting zoo; wear long white socks on your hands for polar bear paws; and learn about real animals in the zoo.   Sing songs in new languages and learn how you can use music to help your children regulate their emotions. We will explore the concepts of steady beat, legato & staccato, timbre, vocal play & more. Parents also learn more about child development and how music improves a child’s ability to think, reason, create, and express.  So get ready for a joyful, musical ride with Zoo Train!
